The sourcing process

There are different reasons why a company or individual would want to source products overseas. Whether you are wanting to lower existing production costs, or start your own business with a great idea you have, we are here to guide you every step of the way.

Step 1 – Analyzing your needs

First, we need to know what you need! Click 

here to send us an email, or give us a call to discuss your needs. We will analyze your requirements and once we have received all your product requirements the sourcing process begins.

Step 2 – Sampling

Once you have received pricing, lead time and MOQ (minimum order quantity) information, we can begin the sampling process. Depending on what kind of product we are sourcing for you, this can take anywhere from 24 hours to 14 days.
Sample fees include tooling / mold charges (if required), product sample and express shipping to your door within 7 days.
Sample fees are usually calculated at 3 x actual production cost but are usually refundable when placing your first mass production order.

Step 3 – Changes / Approval for Production

Once you have received samples, you can choose to either refine the samples or move ahead with production. We require 30% deposit upon sample approval and order confirmation, with the balance payable within 30 days. 

Step 4 – Shipping

Your order is finished and ready to ship! You can choose to use your own forwarder, or alternatively we can assist with shipping, clearing and forwarding your order straight to your door.
